Debug Mode
To activate debug mode, enter the -mandich command line argument when booting the game. The game will display ">> DEBUG MODE ENABLED <<" upon activation.
A debug menu will be available upon pausing the game, as well as the number of bytes free over on the right hand side.
The options available are as follows:
- Info - Information on bytes free, map info, character position, etc.
- Run benchmark - Run the game briefly and see how many frames are rendered per second.
- Shot size - Set the size of the player's shots as "Huge", "Medium", or "Small".
- Play song - Play a CMF file.
- Stop song - Stop the CMF file being played.
- God mode - Self-explanatory.
The player can also press F4 to make the tiles rendered briefly appear on the screen. Or press 1 or 2 to play the game in slow motion.
