For whatever reason, the original European/German abstract files list the version number as 3.08 instead of 3.09.

Both the European and German versions of Kether had a revision that was released later on in 1994, labeled Version 3.11. The changes made in both versions were minimal; the European revision removed some data from cdi_appl and updated the abstract and bibliographic files' version numbers. The German version only updated the version numbers, and left the rest of the files unchanged.
