This is a sub-page of LEGO City Undercover (Windows, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch).

Vehicles

CIVIC_WARDEN

A school bus that can be seen in the pre-rendered natalia chase cutscene, but is unused in the final game. There are also leftover references in scripts to a vehicle named CIVIC_US_SCHOOLBUS which is possibly an earlier name for the Warden.
LCU WARDEN.png

FARM_DEVOURER

A combine harvester that was going to be a part of the Hectic Harvest side-mission. Fully functional when modded into the vehicle menu.
LCU DEVOURER INGAME.jpg

Novelty

The NOVELTY folder includes miscellaneous vehicles for puzzles or levels. The Wash Wagon is a novelty vehicle too, but it ends up in the BIKES category.

NOVELTY_BOG

A toilet go-kart, or a gottago-kart if you will. It's red by default, but it is colorable. the name shows up correctly when modded into the game. Nitrous For All also functions with it.
LCU BOG.png

It also has an unused icon, which shows a number 6 in front instead of 2.
LCU NOVELTY BOG DX11.png

NOVELTY_BOTTLEROCKET

A small rocket-shaped vehicle used on the rollercoaster in Paradise Sands. It doesn't have an icon or logo and the name doesn't show up properly. LCU BOTTLEROCKET.png

NOVELTY_BUFFER

The buffer is a floor cleaner that's used in a few levels. Once modded into the menu, it can be spawned and functions perfectly.
LCU BUFFER.jpg

It has 2 icons in the files, one seemingly from the Wii U and the other being a re-render. If modded into the menu, the icon shows up correctly as well.
LCU NOVELTY BUFFER2 DX11.png
LCU NOVELTY BUFFER DX11.png

NOVELTY_MEGAFIG

The mech suit from the final level is playable if modded as a character, instead of a vehicle. The name appears correctly within the spawn menu.
LCU MEGAFIG.jpg

NOVELTY_BEHEMOTH

The T-REX from the museum mission, playable if modded as a character.
LCU BEHEMOTH.jpg

NOVELTY_PROWLER

An earlier version of Behemoth, note the missing toe claws.
LCU PROWLER.jpg

NOVELTY_CONDUIT

A rollable pipe that's used in the Chan's Scrapyard level. It can be modded into the menu, and the name appears correctly, but spawning it in will freeze the player.
LCU CONDUIT.png

NOVELTY_SHARK

It appears that the shark was going to be a rideable boat at some point during development, going by this leftover script in the STUFF\VEHICLES\SETUPS folder.

TRAINS_FUELCARRIAGE

A small fuel tank that presumably would've attached to the toiler.
LCU TRAINS FUELCARRIAGE.jpg

Boats

NAVAL_CASTAWAY

An unused farming boat that appears in the last cutscene of The Chase Begins.
LCU CASTAWAY.jpg

NAVAL_RUBADUB

Hmmm...
To do:
Verify that it's unused, I heard rumors that it does appear in the game but I haven't confirmed it.

A paddleboat. It can't be spawned from the menu but it's fully playable if it's added to the boat traffic.
LCU RUB.png

NAVAL_HAULER

The Hauler is only used in the cutscene after the space center level, where Chan's men take the moon buggy inside it, but it's fully playable and even has a logo.
LCU HAULER.jpg
LCU NAVAL HAULER DX11.png

NAVAL_HAULER2
The sequel to Hauler is in the same folder as the original, and is used as the model for the ferry.

NAVAL_GARBAGESCOW

It's used in the cutscene where Chase chases after a disguised Natalia. It can be spawned but it's buggy and incomplete, as it can only turn in place.
LCU GARBAGESCOW.jpg

NAVAL_TRAGHETTI

An unused canoe.
LCU NAVAL TRAGHETTI RENDER.png

POLICE_DRIFTER

The Drifter is a used boat that occasionally spawns behind the police station, but it's the only boat with an unused icon. If modded into the spawn menu it appears correctly with the name and icon.
LCU POLICE DRIFTER DX11.png

POLICE_MINNOW

Another police boat, this time being completely unused.
LCU MINNOW.png
LCU POLICE MINNOW DX11.png

Aircrafts

AIRCRAFT_ELIFANT

The Elifant is an airplane. It appears in final game in the airport, but merely as decoration. When modded into the game it can be colored and it has fan spinning animations, but it's difficult to drive, and does not seem to able to fly.
