Level Select

At the title screen, press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, A, B, C. Start the game to access the level select proper.

The game is known as Lethal Enforcers II: The Western in Japan. Besides the name change, the game is essentially the same but with one exclusive game mode: Street.

Street Mode lets you go through all five stages in any order. The stage select from this mode was relegated to the aforementioned cheat code in the European and US releases, as well as only allowing you to select what stage you start on.
