Debug Menu

Enabling the below code will change the title screen into a debug screen. You will come to a slightly different title screen with debug options after pressing Start, however the main debug screen text doesn't display anything. Below the code will have the text for this menu starting from the top menu option.

This menu will let you choose game modes, view scenes and listen to music.
