In the data for Metal Man's stage, there are leftover copies of Cut Man's boss corridor and boss room from the first Mega Man game.

Metal Man Room IDs $20 ~ $2B. (There is another copy of the Wily Stage 1 stage at IDs $18 ~ $1B but it is incomplete compared to the other one.)

Also found in the data for Metal Man's stage, is nearly the entirety Wily Stage 1 from the first game! These leftovers actually make sense alongside the Cut Man ones, as both the Cut Man and Wily 1 stages were internally parts of the same level in the first game.

Found again in the Metal Man stage before the remains of the Cut Man stage and Wily Stage 1, is an entrance room and a boss room. The structure of the boss corridor is similar to a number of other stages from both this game and Mega Man 1, but none of the assets from those stages seem to work well in these rooms, making the stage these rooms were meant to be a part of a mystery.

Found in the data of Flash Man's stage is leftovers of a boss corridor and boss room that appear to be an earlier version of the ones from Air Man's stage! It features a ceiling, and a completely different background which appears as though it was meant to be green.

Found in Wily Stage 3 is an unused copy of the boss room. The used version of the boss room is located at IDs $27 and $28.

Found in Wily Stage 5 are seven unused boss rooms, possibly the original idea was to have each boss re-fight use a differently-designed room, but in the end only room ID $19 was used.
