A programmer credit is hidden in the ROM at 0x1A5:
PROGRAMMED BY JOHN TOMLINSON
By pressing 6 on controller 2 and 9 on controller 1 and then hitting Reset, this name appears on the title screen.
However, not content with hiding his name just once, this string appears 31 more times in the ROM! This starts at 0x34F1.
