hub_room1
This hub room was created around the beginning of 2020, right when World 1 was being completed and some polishing work was done. It's small, contains all of the levels for World 1 (minus the Pepperman boss battle) and an early version of Mr. Stick that will ask for 25000 points from your score rather than money. Pressing up with the right amount will make him fly away, but the gate won't go away. None of the gate images and title cards have been set either, so they default to the one used for John Gutter.
During development, this hub would be used as a dumping ground to easily access new levels until it was decided at some point to make it a proper hub again for World 1. Nevertheless, it was scrapped at some point for a far more expansive hub world. Additionally, a command is present in the room creation code to teleport you to hub_reception. Without modifying the script first, you won't be able to spawn here.
hub_room2
A small placeholder room that follows up on the first hub, now with levels from World 2. There are no tiles present and the game will crash upon entering it due to a couple of the gates trying to send you to floor1_room0, which was renamed to desert_1 but not updated here, and ufo_13, which was either deleted or renamed when the unused levels Space Pinball and Kung Fu were merged into Fast Food Saloon. Just like the World 1 hub room, attempting to teleport here without modifications to the room creation code will teleport you to hub_reception.

"Reception" Hub World (hub_#)
Last modified: September 2021 Playtest build.
There's an excessive world hub present that was built for the September 2021 Playtest build. This hub, although more or less just a concept, shows several interactions with the environment and other characters, including dialogue between characters seen throughout levels and boss battles. This hub also lets you access a handful of the scrapped levels, as they were still being worked on as this hub was created. It's so big, a subpage can do better justice.

Revision #3
Last modified: Between October 2022 Playtest build and final release.
These rooms were created as an attempt to rework the hub one final time before release. What's out of place is that the hub was already finalized by the October 2022 Playtest build, as this was an attempt to make the hub bigger and more expansive. However, after McPig, the developer, realized that the only problem was that the hub for World 1 was too small, plans were scrapped and only the World 1 hub was reworked before release. Only three rooms for this scrapped rework were made.
tower_dungeonroom
A small room with a door that leads to Bloodsauce Dungeon. The room has the correct gate image and title card, and even has a small statue for the level's treasure to float on. Running up the wall you came from sends you back to this room.
tower_farmland
An untiled rework for Western District. It's overall layout is similar to the used version, but a lot wider, only has doors for Oregano Desert and the boss fight with Vigilante and has a door on the right that leads to nowhere and crashes the game (though it's possible it would've redirected you to tower_wasteyardroom). Some enemies are placed as well for The Crumbling Tower of Pizza and will activate during Pizza Time.
tower_wasteyardroom
Another small room with two doors leading to Wasteyard - one in the small area you can walk through and the other off-screen. There's no door objects, so you'll spawn out of bounds by default. Much like hub_dungeonroom, the gate image and title cards are set correctly, but attempting to exit the room through the only door present will send you back here.
