Plague Inc. is a game about creating a disease and then using it to eradicate humanity. 25% of the game is evolving your disease to some degree, with 75% of the gameplay reserved for staring optimistically at the world map like the mad scientist you are. The game was later re-released as Plague Inc. Evolved. A new mode was added in 2020, where you can actually be a good scientist by finding a way to save the world called Plague Inc.: The Cure.
