To do:

Compare the differences between Café Mix and Café Remix

Prior to October 28, 2021, the game was known as Pokémon Café Mix, with major differences with gameplay. The only way to run this version of the game is to install an older apk of the game and then turn off the Wi-Fi connection on the Android version.

Aside from the different logo, background and copyright dates, the Clear Cache and Support buttons were made smaller.

Offline Functionality

Mix allows you to play the game offline, a luxury not offered to Remix players.

Mix had a loading screen, where Eevee is walking. Remix while having a screen having game tips, the loading screen from Mix can be seen in Remix sometimes.

Gameplay Differences

Intro

The intro cannot be skipped in Mix, something Remix thankfully allows you to do.

The camera was zoomed out for Remix, and the café itself received tons of extra detail. (In which Mix used to have you build the café and additional detail will be added after you completed a certain amount of levels.) The textbox was also readjusted.

General Differences

Ordering

The Pokémon form a line to order in Mix. Remix changed it to have three (four if you owned the premium pass) different Pokèmon the player can choose from and the ability to shuffle customers. The order button changed shape, the golden acorns looked different, as well as the energy being hearts instead of stars.

Level Completion

Completing a level gives you differing amounts of stars in Mix, as it didn't have Remix's 3 Star Challenge. The position of the customer Pokémon and the Pokémon you did the order with were swapped, they also do not have any victory animations in Mix, the Pokémon that did the order does not gain any XP in Mix, and the game doesn't take the turn away from you if you completed the level flawlessly.

Recipes

In Mix, you unlock them depending on how many levels you have completed. While in Remix, you need to have certain Pokémon and levels required.

Music Differences

The title screen and café themes were changed in Remix, now sounding a lot more exciting as opposed to Mix's calm tracks. These tracks are still in Remix's files, unused.
