These pictures were taken for the "Capcom Takes Home the Arcade Challenge!" publicity campaign and reflect a version earlier than the February 5th prototype. They were eventually used, cropped, for the final box.

- The HUD has not been implemented, so background tiles are used as a placeholder.
- This explains why the the life counter is green and also changes to black.
- Launchpad McQuack can be seen with his mouth open in his standing position.
