Some concept art was featured in the hardcover Balls of Steel guidebook for the game, try to prioritise adding art from there in the highest quality res possible. Also make sure to provide links and sources for art.

The long development of Duke Nukem Forever led to a lot of ideas for the game, many of which weren't ever implemented into the game. This page aims to cover the game's numerous pieces of concept art.

Note: No concept art of the game from 1996 is known to exist.
