The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe was announced on June 17th, 2004 and would coincide with the movie's release. The game was released 14th November, 2005.

E3 2005 Trailer
This is the E3 2005 trailer dated 5th May 2005, over six months before release. This was the first glimpse that people got of the game. It showcases multiple levels which are To Western Wood, Rescue Edmund, Frozen Lake and Beaver Dam. There are many interesting differences when compared to the final game.
- Peter doesn't groan when hit at 0:22.
- The wolf that gets hit at 0:24 has a different yelp sound effect.
- Susan has a placeholder groan when hit by the giant at 0:32.
- Edmund isn't wearing his fur coat at 0:39.
- Lucy isn't wearing her fur coat and can be seen multiple times throughout the video.
- The aura around the bow and arrow for Susan is a different colour at 0:42.
- The environment damage icon is very different at 0:42.
- There is a strange cross symbol on the snow at 0:57.
- The wolf that attacks Susan has a hissing sound effect at 0:57.
- There is no ice path icon for Lucy at 1:02.
- The firing sound effect of the bow and arrow weapon is different at 1:04.
- Peter and the enemy don't groan at 1:07 when hit.
- There are placeholder sword sounds used throughout the video.
Early Gameplay Footage
This is some unknown early build footage from around the same time as the E3 trailer. It covers the Rescue Edmund and Frozen Lake levels. It has quite a lot of differences when compared to the final game.
- The opening cutscene was completely different. Peter is also wearing a different attire.
- There are no lip movements when Peter and Edmund talk. Ginarrbrik's lips don't move either.
- The music for the Rescue Edmund level is completely different.
- The health bars for Peter, Edmund, Susan and Lucy are different.
- The sword magic meter for Peter and Edmund is different.
- There is a blue aura around Peter and Edmund's health and sword meters.
- There are no sound effects for Peter and Edmund.
- There are no sound effects for Ginarrbrik and the monsters.
- Collecting coins tells you how many you have as opposed to seeing numbered text on the left side of the screen of how many you have and collected in the final game.
- The coin design is different.
- The checkpoint text at 0:34 is different.
- The checkpoint sound effect is different.
- There are no health bars for the armoured giants, just a count at 0:35.
- The health pick up was originally a leaf and can be seen at 0:49 and 1:21.
- The break damage meter for environment objects was a different colour at 1:12.
- The timer is different as it uses a dial rather than being numbered in the final game at 1:30. It also appears before you climb up the trees and have to knock the minotaur's off them.
- The timer doesn't flash for when Aslan is coming.
- The target for hitting the rocks with Susan from 2:17 to 2:31 is different.
- Ginarrbrik's UI is present on Frozen Lake.
- Lucy hasn't got her proper attire.
- Peter doesn't groan when he falls into the ice at 2:38.
- There is no heartbeat sound effect when Peter falls into the ice.
E3 2005 Footage
This is footage for the game from E3 2005. It covers the Frozen Lake level. It has a ton of differences.
- The coin text and icon is in a different position.
- The health ring was different.
- The sword icon is in a different position.
- The Double Team symbol is used for the sword power meter at this point in development.
- The Double Team symbol is used for the environment break damage icon whilst Peter can just attack it normally in the final game.
- The coins have a very different design.
- The health increase number text is different.
- Combo text is different.
- Mr and Mrs Beaver follow you whereas they help you cross the last section of the lake in the final game.
Gamescom 2005 Footage
This is footage for the game from Gamescom 2005, nearly three months before release. The game footage doesn't appear until 2:34. It showcases multiple levels which are To Western Wood, Beaver Dam, Battle of Beruna and The Great Battle. It has some noticeable differences.
- There is no HUD.
- There are no coins placed around the lantern when Edmund adds fire to his stick at 2:41-2:42.
- The bow and arrow has a placeholder sound effect at 2:55.
- The sword sound effects are placeholders at 3:00.
- The combo text is different at 3:01.
- The giants stomp has a yellow effect at 3:01.
- The snowball throwing sound effect is different at 3:04-3:05.
- There are unknown meters above enemies at 3:16.
- All the children have their icons shown in the ogre boss fight on Beaver Dam as opposed to one at a time when fighting him in the final game at 3:17.
- The Great Battle looks completely different to what it is in the final game.
- The panpipe circle for Susan is present at 3:22 in Battle of Beruna whereas only Peter and Edmund are playable in that level in the final game. It may have been a placeholder for the reinforcement icons.
- Peter has an attack combo from 3:22 to 3:24 which he doesn't have in the final game.
Gamescom 2005 Footage 2
This is new footage of the game from Gamescom 2005 that came from an old Gamescom 2005 DVD.
- The environment break icon now matches the final games icon.
- Lucy's double team healing ability looks different.
- It uses Lego Star Wars's pause menu as a placeholder.
- The 1P text design is different.
Trailer
This is a trailer for the game. It covers all the levels from previous videos. It has some intriguing differences.
- The giants stomp has a yellow effect.
- There is no HUD.
- The sword has placeholder sound effects.
- There is a strange cross symbol on the snow at 0:31.
- The background in the Beaver Dam level is different at 0:34.
- The water in the The Great River level is different from 0:46-0:48.
- The wolf has a different colour and appears throughout the video.
Trailer 2
This is another trailer for the game. It ultimately resembles the final game but has two noticeable differences.
- There is a star icon beside the sword meter or weapon icon that appears throughout the video.
- There is a hand UI present before activating the reinforcements on the Great Battle level.
Commercial
This is the commercial for the game. It has some differences.
- The giants club attack has a yellow effect.
- Peter's special move has a different effect.
Behind the Game
This is behind the scenes footage you could unlock and watch as a bonus in the final game. It shows a combination of the E3 build, an unknown build and the E3 trailer.
- The coin icon and text was in a different position from 0:45 to 0:48.
- The sword magic meter is visible from 0:45 to 0:48 even though it only appears when you use the stick or sword.
- The life circle is different.
- Susan's bow and arrow is in a different position at 8:11.
- The path the centaurs take on Follow Aslan is different at 8:11.
- Some of the different build can be seen from 8:47 to 8:50.
- Lucy's powerup text is in a different position at 11:00.
- The ice path icon is different at 11:00.
- The coins in the background are different at 11:00.
- The hide and seek icons are different from 11:08-11:11.
- The aura for Susan's bow and arrow is different at 11:12.
- The targets in the background are different at 11:12.
- The health/stun bar for the ogre from 11:19 to 11:28 is different.
- The area where Lucy goes through the hole is different from 11:44-11:51.
