Proto:Need for Speed: World/World Online
This is a sub-page of Proto:Need for Speed: World.
Need for Speed: World Online launched with Test builds released in Taiwan sometime in Summer of 2009.
One of those builds, known as Asian Test 1, is a build with the version number 2.0.1.15 that was released in September 2009. Nowadays, due to both the servers being long shutdown for this version and the deprecated Anti-Cheat utility that it had it cannot be launched, throwing up a "Inserting the registry of game installation directory failed." error upon trying to run the executable.
Note that there's an even earlier build than AT1 (which is likely one of the Taiwanese builds), which was only released for internal testing and rejected pretty quickly as it was incredibly buggy. Unfortunately, this is so far the only footage of the build, and the uploader isn't in possession of its files anymore.

Need for Speed: Carbon Leftovers
As this game was built on top of Carbon's files, there are various leftovers scattered throughout, such as the entirely of the SUBTITLES folder. It should be noted that during Asian Test 1, Carbon's split time string references were present, although the strings themselves were missing.
