This is a sub-page of Proto:PlayStation 4.

Unlike 0.915, this firmware is more complete, however still uses some early designs.

Differences

  • There is an app with a download icon not present in the final firmware.
  • There is a shadow on top of the app name, accompanied by a line underneath the text.
  • There is no Rest Mode option.
  • The OK button in dialogs is moved closer to the message text.
  • The wave background is not present when in power options.
  • The Library is not present.
  • The Live from PlayStation app icon just shows a camera, where on the release firmware the camera is at the bottom right accompanied by a row of squares.
