Despite being made a year after the English versions, the Korean version of the Undertale demo has traits that suggest that it was built off of a version of the demo made in between the two English versions.
It also contains some interesting unused content not found in the other versions.

General Differences
- The close button works, and it makes the game act like you're holding the Esc key.
Room Differences

The first room of the Ruins has a bunch of missing tiles for some reason, mostly at the bottom. Besides that, it seems to be much more similar to the final game compared to the other demos' versions. What's even weirder is that it isn't like this when viewed in a decompiler. It instead appears identical to the version found in the earlier demos.
Interestingly enough is that the Korean version also includes the "bg_ruinsfixedstairs" sprite in this room, which was completely missing from the English version of the Demo, making the stairs look like the final game.
Developer's Message (Translated)
A version of the "Attention, Hackerz" developer message that can be found in the English version of the Demo but fully translated to Korean titled "이걸 보는 사람에게". The original English version of the script can no longer be found as it was deleted from the project.
이렇게까지 내 게임을 좋아해줘서 고마워. 그래. 나도 쉽게 덤프할 수 있는건 알아... 유메닛키나 OFF도 RPG 메이커로 뚫을 수 있지. 어렵지 않게. 부탁하고 싶은 건 다른 사람한테 게임 내용을 스포일러하지 말아 달란 거야. 다들 스스로 비밀을 찾을 수 있게 기다려 줬으면 좋겠어. 안 그러면 사람들이 이 게임을 다시 해 볼 재미가 없을테니까. :( 게임이 완성될 때까지 데모 버전을 심하게 수정하는 것도 미뤄 줬으면 해. 재미있는 걸 집어넣느라 업데이트를 계속 할 거거든. 지켜볼게... 하 하 하.
Unused Fonts
Some new Fonts can be found inside of the Korean Demo that are not present in any other version of the Undertale Demo, none of these Fonts made it into the final game either.

The only font here that is technically used is Tahoma, being only used in the unused "rmrm_example_3" room.
Unused Rooms
rmrm_example_3
A test room that's only present in this version of the demo. It seems to have been used to test the dialogue boxes.
Unused Items
The files of the Korean demo feature two extra Items not seen in any of the other version of the Undertale demo, that being the Tough Glove and the Manly Bandanna. These seem to most likely be more left overs from when Snowdin was being developed.

An earlier version of the shadow sans handshake sprite. A few differences with this version of the sprite are the lack of Frisk and the hand being slightly different. There are also no other frames compared to the final sprite having 2 frames.
