Hidden Options

At the main menu, highlight "Transform" and press Select, I+Select, II+Select, I+II+Select, II+Select, I+Select, Select to add a level select, sound test, credits toggle, and hit mode toggle to the menu. The hit mode toggle doesn't appear to actually be toggleable, though.
