This game was never completed and/or given a public release. As a result of this, keep in mind that the developers might have used or deleted some of the content featured here, had the game actually been released.

Secret Ties is the unreleased English localization of the also-unreleased Master Thief Sugar, which was based on the manga of the same name. It was set to be published by Vic Tokai in the US, but for unknown reasons was cancelled.

Debug Menu

Press Select on the title screen to access a debug mode, which contains a level select, a sound test, and an option for invincibility. Interestingly, some entries in the sound test are blank.

Unused Music

Tracks 4 and 14 on the NSF are short unused jingles, though they can still be heard in the sound test. Track 4 sounds like it may have been intended for when the player dies, and track 14 sounds like it was intended as a Game Over theme.
