Socks the Cat Rocks the Hill stars the titular real-life pet of then-US President Bill Clinton. Having experienced many delays from a targeted 1993 release, it was ultimately cancelled due to the closure of publisher Kaneko's US branch.

After a few years of eluding the public, the game was finished and released in 2018 after a Kickstarter campaign. Since the game was modified to make it more playable, it may not entirely reflect how the game was originally made.
