A leftover from a prototype build, noticing that it's a test version. Also features an early, simpler design of the console's mascot. It would be shown after the copyright notice screen.

It can be restored in a revision S-100002-1200 ROM by applying patch 0xfe0 = 01. Alternatively, it can be extracted with a script (Unix shell example):
