Anti-Piracy

Season's cancelled, dude.

Typical to a lot of later Taito published SNES games, this game contains an SRAM integrity check to ensure that the SRAM size is exactly 8KB. If the SRAM size is less than 8KB, the above screen shows up on boot and the game hangs. If the SRAM size is greater than 8KB, the game boots normally to the title screen, but the "Press Start Button" prompt does not show up and all controller input is disabled, preventing the player from making any further progression.
