The Executive

Name: The Executive (male) Age: info.unavailable Position: CEO Affiliation: Wulf-Western Clearance: Grade 30+ BACKGROUND The main contact for Wulf Western Agents is the anonymous man called simply "The Executive." Whether his background is as a suit official, as a computer hacker or as an Agent for an older Syndicate, there is no arguing that his strategies are extremely aggressive. Most of the plans he has proposed are direct and violent, striving as much to claim valuable assets as to announce Wulf Western's existence to the world. Though his identity and motivation remain unknown, his ambitions are evident: to crown Wulf Western the king of the Syndicate hill, with the ends justifying the means. Agents Akuma, Fall, Thalos and Darius are the latest of the Executive's instruments on the road to realizing those ambitions. INTEL FEED In Cayman Global documents, there is a reference to an elusive 'Executive' that supposedly scammed the Syndicate for hundreds of millions before leaving without a trace. Though the chances are slim, maybe it's the same person that is now leading Wulf's way to greatness. As with Cayman Global, Aspari has several references to an unnamed 'Executive'. Most of these entries can be disregarded, but one is interesting, as it could explain Agent Akuma's employment. The entry reads, 'Traces left by the hacker known as The Executive indicate that the entire Agent registry may be compromised. On the black markets, several rumors claimed that a figure calling himself 'The Executive' had sold EuroCorp access codes and surveillance information to Cayman Global intelligence. This allegedly happened mere weeks before the attack on EuroCorp's New York HQ.

Agents are the toughest opponents you can find in the current climate and to fight them at their own game is extremely dangerous. Mercenaries that accept such contracts are the toughest. They are the personified clich of military best-of-the-bests. Strike teams that are paid many millions of dollars only to appear, blow something up and then disappear before anyone asks questions.A dropship carrying this type of specialized mercenaries is a clear and unmistakable sign of trouble. Heavily armed, armored and fanatical, they will stop at nothing before you are dead. But because of the expensive price tag, they are also highly unusual, only going against the toughest of Agents.

Mjolnir 'HOG'

INTEL FEED Mjolnir 'HOG' was conceived as a desperate attempt by German federal police to retain a semblance of sovereignty against the Syndicates. The "Hammer of God" was thought of as a portable superweapon deployed against Syndicate enforcers in the street wars of 2031.As the government sponsored blueprints disappeared almost immediately, it proved a failed attempt for the nigh-obsolete nation states.In 2033 a similar weapon design appeared from Accelle-Sys, expanding the EuroCorp arsenal against any remaining government forces in central Europe

Electron Mace

(3.6 kg) TACTICAL SUMMARY Primary Fire: Auto-lock microwire discharge with continuous primary fire. Secondary Fire: n/a Additional: Once a target has been hit, continuous fire will send electrical charges along the current microwire, allowing wide angle targeting. INTEL FEED The Electron Mace is a high-powered electroshock weapon, developed by Aser-Tellinger for the I.I.A. contract forces, adding firepower to their riot control arsenal. The rifle fires a superconductive microwire attached to a piezo-electric tip. When someone is hit, the weapon then administers high voltage electricity through the wire. Built as a crowd control weapon, the simple process of exchanging the default battery with a high-powered one makes it lethal, tearing the internal organs of an unlucky victim into pieces in unforgiving waves of electric current.

Riot Lance

(5.1 kg) TACTICAL SUMMARY Primary Fire: Fire single burst-charge of break-away EM flechettes.Secondary Fire: Fire a bundle-charge, emptying the current clip, covering a wide area with EM flechettes. INTEL FEED After the Manhattan Riots in 2052 and the Istanbul Virus in 2055, the increasing civil unrest solidified and grew stronger. With chipped protesters becoming all the more common, Saxe-Deimling were commissioned to solve the situation by developing a weapon that could be used to cripple modern chip technology. Within a year, the Riotlance had been developed and field tested. After 13 months, the blueprints had been stolen and the weapon reproduced by anti-Syndicate groups, creating an even greater international conflict.The Riotlance fires small, but effective, electromagnetic darts able to momentarily disable chip functionality and secondary electronics. Due to its requirement of hitting the target's surface, it's not a valued weapon against mechanized units.

Tihomir Darius (pre-release version)

DATA ENTRY DARIUS History: Belgrade Uprising EuroCorp Syndicate BIO Young Tihomir Darius was a son of the working class. His first job was in a munitions factory, building grenades and cartridges for the secret war between the Syndicates. The early Syndicates of Europe needed all the hands they could get, but paid wages that hardly covered the bills. A strong resentment took hold, pitting Darius against the megacorporate behemoths he worked for. They represented everything he didn't have. As he worked, he learned how to use explosives and he found allies in resentment among his colleagues. Quietly, they began to plan what would soon become the Belgrade Uprising. A series of armed confrontations against Syndicate personnel on the streets of Belgrade. It ended in the successful occupation of valuable production assets. But it was only a few days before the fighting intensified and the local EUROCORP subsidiaries assaulted the occupied assets. After suffering multiple injuries in the fighting and being outlawed and barred from Syndicate employment, DARIUS' friends soon betrayed him by pointing to him when the Syndicates sought a scapegoat. As he woke up in the hospital, they returned to work and he was left broken and hunted. Sentenced to almost thirty years in prison, the ideals quickly lost their luster and a hunger for revenge replaced them. From jail, DARIUS approached the local Syndicate, a subsidiary of WULF WESTERN, and asked for employment in exchange for his freedom. Mere days later, his first job was to rig the base of his “comrades” with explosives and pull the trigger, and Belgrade has been quiet ever since.

Akuma (pre-release version)

DATA ENTRY AKUMA History: Yakuza|Aspari Syndicate BIO Growing up an orphan, only the rats kept AKUMA company in the downzones of Chiba City. She did what she could do to stay alive. Burglarizing stores, picking pockets, pilfering food, shoplifting. There were few lesser crimes AKUMA hadn't perfected before her thirteenth birthday. As part of one of Japan's minorities, Buraku, AKUMA saw only discrimination and contempt in the society around her. She learned to trust no one and to always have an escape plan. A paranoia that helped her immensely. She eluded arrest and passed without notice through top-class surveillance systems. She dodged security patrols and avoided criminal charges, making sure that her “friends” of the time were caught by security cameras in her stead. It didn't take long before she was absorbed into the Yakuza, who could put her special skills to great use. At 16, she infiltrated opposing organizations across the globe. When the entire Yakuza was silently absorbed into the ASPARI Syndicate, AKUMA's infiltrations became assassinations. Several ASPARI opponents disappeared quietly, always pinned on someone other than AKUMA. Her record remained flawless. This kept going until an operation against WULF WESTERN, where she was discovered and offered to sign on as a double agent. Sensing a perfect escape plan, she accepted without hesitation. Technically still an ASPARI associate, AKUMA has become an invaluable infiltration asset and one of WULF WESTERN's top agents.

Emma Thalos (pre-release version)

DATA ENTRY THALOS History: Costa Rica University|Cayman Global|Thalos Shipping Conglomerate|Mercenary BIO Growing up in the highly respected Thalos shipping family of Costa Rica, Emma became the youngest scientist ever to hold a position in CAYMAN GLOBAL's prominent research and development branch. A firm believer in transhumanism, she was soon experimenting with illegal body modification technology. But after a series of accidents, CAYMAN GLOBAL quickly barred her from performing experiments on human subjects. Secretly, she moved her experiments to volunteers from her old university. But with several forced amputations and massively publicized fatalities, she was excluded from CAYMAN GLOBAL's R&D. As her experiments still didn't cease, she was fired by the Syndicate and robbed of all the resources she needed. Following this scandal, no other Syndicate would hire her and she was under criminal investigation by the government. Using her family's considerable fortune as backing, she then began experimenting once more. This time she used her own body as a test platform. Treating herself with chemicals, hormones and even exotic bacteria, she quickly discovered that she was adapting exceptionally well to the technology implants that had killed some of her fellow students. To verify her results, she started signing up for freelance combat missions all across the globe. She never left any survivors and came back unharmed from most operations. Her unique cryomodification technology would soon reach widespread use, but with the right allies, she could keep spearheading its development. It didn't take long before WULF WESTERN responded signed her up for both research and field work. Ever since, THALOS' unique combination of a cunning mind and augmented combat physique has proven immensely useful.

Aidan Fall (pre-release version)

DATA ENTRY FALL History:Law Enforcement|Private Security|Organized Crime BIO As a police detective, Aidan Fall earned quite a reputation when he arrested a group of EuroCorp top executives in a raid against an illegal cryogenics facility. But it was also the end of his police career. EuroCorp used everything they got to ruin his life. They instigated an avalanche of illicit rumours, presenting Fall as a child molester, rapist and alcoholic. Someone desperately unfit to walk the peaceful streets of his community. His name, picture and address was made public in the process. Without a job and bothered by constant harassments, FALL had nothing else to do than to start over. Working his way up as a bounty hunter, he was eventually recognized for his unique combination of police know-how and ruthlessness and started accepting jobs as a contract killer for various organizations. Little did he know that one of the organizations he worked for would grow to become the WULF WESTERN Syndicate. As a professional killer, he excelled. He was soon supervising armed assaults and taking part in carefully planned hit-and-runs. His reputation grew quickly, until he was confronted with an offer to become a full-fledged agent for a newly established Syndicate. Dying for an opportunity to get back at EUROCORP, he didn't hesitate for a second, but became the first agent on WULF WESTERN's payroll.

That was not an earthquake, Letting Dr.Drawl expire may counter-productive. She is likely to be the only one capable of removing the virus.

The Downzone subverters are more clever than i originally assessed. There must be hundreds of safeguards against using memory modification on executive chips. The corporations seem to be attacking each other.
