Cheat Menu
The 1.2 update added a hidden cheat menu which can be accessed when outside of Cyberspace by pausing the game, then holding Ctrl+Tab and clicking on the small triangle in the center of the TriOptimum logo.
The available options are:
- Enable/Disable God Mode - toggles invulnerability
- Refill Vitals - Sets both health and energy to maximum. If God Mode is enabled, this only refills energy.
- Destroy CPU Nodes / Destroy Enemies - Hopefully self-explanatory.
- Reveal Map - Fills out the entire automap for the current level, including all markers/waypoints.
- Grant Loadout - StarterKit - Refills vitals and gives the following items:
- Weapons: Lead pipe, Sparqbeam, minipistol, two frag grenades
- Ammo: 30 standard 9mm rounds
- Hardware: system analyzer, data reader, v1 vision unit, v1 nav unit, v1 bioscan, v3 turbo boots
- Access cards: Standard
- Grant Loadout - Marketing - Refills vitals and gives the following items:
- Both inventory expanders
- Weapons: Skorpion, shotgun, assault rifle, ion rifle, grenade launcher, magpulse, magnum, laser rapier, Sparqbeam, 20 frag grenades, 10 gas grenades, 10 EMP grenades, 5 proximity mines
- Ammo: 1,000 standard 9mm rounds, 1,000 Teflon rounds, 100 osmium rounds, 1,000 magnesium rounds, 100 magpulse rounds, 100 flechette rounds, 100 dragon's breath rounds
- Consumables: 5 medipatches, 3 first aid kits
- Hardware: system analyzer, data reader, v1 shield, v3 target identifier, v1 bioscan, v2 turbo boots
- Access cards: Standard
- Grant Coins - Gives 500 coins.
Note that while the menu is accessible during the intro, none of the options do anything until you reach Citadel itself.

The cheat menu has several additional options which are normally disabled in release builds. They can be re-enabled by downloading the above patch and extracting it to [location of game]/SystemShock/Content/Paks/.
The additional options are:
- Enable/Disable Ghost - Unknown.
- Skip SHODAN Arena - Skips to the ending if used during the final battle. Does nothing when used anywhere else.
- Toggle HUD - Hides/shows the entire HUD.
- Set Timescale 1x / 0.05x / 5x Runs the game at normal, very slow, or very fast speed.
The bottom of the menu also features the ability to warp to any non-Cyberspace map, as well as SHODAN's arena. There are two basic exceptions:
- Warping to Storage traps you inside the freight elevator without the ability to open the door until you save and reload the game.
- Warping to SHODAN's arena spawns you in the middle of the void, where you will immediately fall to your death.
Unused Graphics
Cyberspace
/Game/Art/Cyberspace/GUI/T_CyberspaceSoftwareIcons contains a total of eight software hotbar icons, three of which are unused. The PDF manual (which was removed from the Steam release in the 1.2 update) lists these as "Cyber Shield", "Damage Multiplier", and "Time", respectively.
A model for the unused shield pickup can also be found at /Game/Cyberspace/Pickups/Assets/CyberShield/SK_CYBR_CyberShield.
A number of other unused HUD elements are also present in /Game/Art/Cyberspace/GUI/. Note that these are just the raw textures, without any effects applied (colorizing, translucency, etc.) like what you'd actually see in game.
T_CyberspacePickUpIcon uses the red and green color channels to store two different icons in a single texture. The corresponding material definitions (in the same directory) are called MAT_CyberspacePickUpIcon_DataLog and MAT_CyberspacePickUpIcon_FunPak.
Other
/Game/TOREMOVE/TEXTURES/T_ScreenCamera/FeedLost is a rudimentary texture that was presumably displayed on broadcast camera screens when the camera itself was destroyed. In the final game, doing this makes the screen display static instead.

Intro
/Game/Sound/VO/Cinematics/Intro/ contains an unused voice clip from the intro. The subtitles are stored in /Game/Blueprints/Inventory/Items/Media/DT_AtmosphericTranscriptions.

Sound Effects

Unused Messages
In addition to the unused voiceover audio above, there are also a number of messages that have subtitle definitions but no audio.
