Does those two phone numbers correspond to anything in particular?

In BOU.KEY, the text recommend you to contact those ″key″ two phone numbers. However, either i got the wrong phone numbers, or those doesn’t correspond to the Coktel Vision or Sierra Online support phone numbers, which are:
