Unlicensed?

I've heard from a few sources that the Genesis version of the game wasn't licensed by Sega, and if that's true then this game should me moved from the "Genesis" category to the "Unlicensed Genesis" category. The only issue is, I can't seem to find a concrete source for that claim, but I haven't looked super-thoroughly. --Murnjendoof (talk) 05:54, 16 June 2023 (UTC)

Title screen and box literally say "licensed by Sega". So, it's licensed by Sega. ReyVGM (talk) 16:17, 16 June 2023 (UTC)
Well, shit, that's pretty irrefutable. I guess whoever said it was unlicensed was wrong. Now all I have to do is figure out how the hell I never saw that line on the title screen... --Murnjendoof (talk) 23:56, 16 June 2023 (UTC)
I finally found out where I got that info from. It's a DYKG video, of all places. Still no idea if it's true, but if it is, then there might be an earlier revision without the "licensed by Sega" text.
