Debug features

The todo box asks if the byte code means changing from ON to OFF in ASCII. the codes translate to: 4646 being "FF" and 4E20 being "Nsp". Not exactly sure if this is what you wanted, or is this really how it's read, but this is the best I got. I translated it with Wikipedia's article about ASCII code.
