Topgrade

A "Topgrade" sort option is available in the menu as a default sort option. You can't select it in the sort menu, but it is shown in the manual, and if you pick it, the game crashes when you reach the main menu (including on subsequent boots if the setting is saved). Re: Developer Credits

It's been a long time since I played ITG PS2, but isn't the developer credits unlocked if you achieve a certain (either % across all songs, or average dance level)? I seem to remember the Konami Code being a shortcut to expedite it, but not being required to get the developer credit ending (and I am certain I am not confusing it with ITG2 AC).
