Anti-Piracy / Copy Protection

Based on this footage and the top comment from the comment section, the game has copy protection. Another video (NSFW - Nudity) has someone on the comment section mentioning that the game wouldn't start, and the girl on the title screen would be always at the sad face, with the brown dress. Later on this video, at 1:27, shows the girl with the brown dress, the logo shows up as normal, and then when the logo is "positioned" and the options appear, she loses her dress (which I assume is what happens on a genuine cart).
