Regional Differences between US and EU dumps.

I noticed at a glance that there are minor graphical differences between the EU and US dumps of this game. To name a few, there is an extra rights screen and a language select in the EU version, menu cursors are different between revisions, the VS COM/VS PLAYER screens are slightly different, and some text menus are formatted differently. I have not yet thoroughly compared gameplay, and I don't know if I have time to do so myself, but I wanted to post here just so this is documented somewhere on the internet.
