Manholes

I was looking at the back of the game box, and noticed that the screenshots of the game have quite a number of differences from the game itself, such as the manholes being present (middle screenshot), and also trophies in the box where your score is located in the final version.

It's been a long time since I played this game, so I don't remember if you ever encounter other skaters while you're skating — and I'm pretty sure there wasn't a simultaneous two-player mode, only an alternating-turns one — but in the first screenshot a player is using a skateboarder (seen in the bottom-right corner) who doesn't appear in the final game. That's definitely not the Tiki guy!

This makes me wonder: has anyone found a prototype of T&C Surf Designs anywhere? I'd love to know the full extent of the differences between the one used for the back-of-the-box screenshots and the final version! Kizul Emeraldfire (talk) 22:08, 24 February 2019 (EST)
