Teddy Boy is a port of the arcade game, where you shoot at things and collect them.

At the title screen, press Up, Down, Left, Right to access a hidden configuration screen. At this screen, highlight 1P and press Up, Down x9, 1 to add a level select to the menu.

Unused Sounds

A telephone ringing-like sound, unknown what it could have been for.

The Sega Mark III logo was removed in the international versions.

When this game was released in Brazil, it was reskinned into Geraldinho, based on a Brazilian comic book series. The main character's sprite was changed to reflect this.
