Bellowed but not read

Now that that's out of the way, you should know that to use this template, you just type {{WIP}}. If for some reason you want to include some notes for yourself, use {{WIP|reason=I still need to associate the level IDs with the sublevel IDs to know what's not used. Hmm, remember to type in the cheat code on the thing and use it with the other thing...}}. Finally, to show this template without categorizing the article it's in, use {{WIP|nocat=true}}.
