The Restaurant Game is basically what it is, you are in a restaurant and you can either cook or ask for a meal. This also looks a lot like The Sims 2, don't tell Electronic Arts or Maxis about it.

Found in /restaurant/data/sound are various .ogg sounds that are likely leftover from a different project by the same developers. Likely from a FPS game. As the game actually uses sounds from the /cogmac folder instead.
