Unused Level

In the game's files, references to Menu13 on the task selection screen are commented as "disabled". The level has been completely removed, but task names are still left in (the level name itself is "Sundae Driving", left in from the level that would follow).

An entire line from Mindy was removed, but it can still be heard in one of the unlockable Extras. A comma was removed. Finally, SpongeBob once said "awn" instead of "on".

SB04.ini contains a few debug settings and a lot of commentary.

This originally allowed developers to change the model indices for SpongeBob, before being hardcoded. Setting the order of models fixes an issue where SpongeBob isn't visible, but other objects in his model are, due to a quirk in the RenderWare exporter.
