The game contains these seemingly unused graphics for a removed ending? Judging from the rest of the bank there would likely have been stars in the background, and there are graphics for a text box as well. The game's actual ending consists of the games' various worlds being coloured, and this isn't used on either difficulty setting. There is no corresponding tilemap in the game's ROM.
