Agnes exists as an unused character and has some minimal pedestrian NPC dialogue. Agnes has 4 clips of her being hit by the player's car.

Break Camera (breakca) Function
Judging by the name and voicelines, this function was originally intended to be called when the player character destroys a Wasp Camera. In the final game, this is not the case, and the function is called specifically when destroying a Power Coupling; only Homer gets to do this, in Level 1 Mission 4. These voicelines can be heard if the player uses a cheat/mod to play as another character in that mission.
Apu
Apu has 5 lines of breakca dialogue. Two of which are similar to each other, but they have a big enough difference to upload both.

Dodge (dodge) Function
There's a "dodge" function that is triggered whenever the player is trying to run over an NPC. While technically it's used for Lisa as well, the player won't be able to hear it ingame, since every time Lisa spawns - she either is a vehicle driver or inside an interior, meaning that there is no legitimate way to trigger the dialogues.

Idle Reply (idlereply) Function
This function is called for ambient characters that the player can/does talk to.
- Professor Frink does appear as an ambient character in the Observatory in Level 3, however the ability to talk to him is disabled.
- Otto never appears as an ambient character, though the Ralph ambient character at the Try-N-Save in Level 5 uses locators named after Otto.

Activate (activate) Function
This function is called when the player character interacts with a generic switch. As Level 3 contains none, Lisa's dialogue for the function go unused outside of a possible oversight case (because of how doorbells are programmed, interacting with one just as the currently playing doorbell line ends will play the player's "activate" line and not the doorbell response line).

Barney has five unused lines for this function. All of them ended up being used for the dumpster gag in Levels 3 and 6 (edited to include a reverb effect and a knock sound effect). It is likely that the dumpster was originally intended to be a doorbell location and not a gag.

Otto has six unused lines for this function. All of them ended up being used for the dumpster gag in Levels 2 and 5 (edited to include a reverb effect and a knock sound effect). It is likely that the dumpster was originally intended to be a doorbell location and not a gag. Despite the "seaside" part of the filename, it is actually Barney who's voice clips get used for the dumpster gag on the seaside maps (Levels 3 and 6). Perhaps this was different early in development (it should be noted that Otto plays roles as a vehicle seller and mission character in those levels so having the gag there wouldn't make sense).

This implies that the bomb shelter may have been used as a doorbell location instead of a gag earlier in development.
