EmmaNerd#0835 (user id 655471807272583218) from TCRF discord etc says that her friend on skype (called "twitch") played the demo at some event. She's tried to contact him.

i think i remember them saying it [the level select] had level numbers or names

he did say about the mvl theme playing from other systems
he could hear it at the time [could be the kiosk trailer playing in background]

thank you for playing was triggered after every level was beaten [if i remember right]
he did mention 1-ups but never where they were
underground music was the same as final i think
music didnt change when he turned into mega mario [if i remember right]
boss room had the cutscene with the goomba walking forward
he did remember one of the other mvl tracks being heard

well the level select thing [in the E3 demo recreation project] is pretty much spot on [aside from the labels] from what i can tell

but i again don't know where since he only heard it
he never actually experienced it ingame

they just said they [spindrifts] act like the spinning platforms in the final minus the holding down part

when asked if the Spindrifts were in the field level she said they probably were

when i asked if her friend said something about punching and/or kicking as big/fire mario, she said yes. and asked if small mario could punch/kick, she said small mario probably couldn't do that.
