The Japan and International versions look like they could share a few glyphs. All of the alphanumeric glyphs were changed, but there might be some punctuation or symbols that are the same. The font also has different heights: 14 pixels tall in Japan and 16 pixels tall elsewhere.

All three versions seem to have unused glyphs, or at least glyphs that aren't used anywhere in the script I dumped. The Japanese version has some punctuation and something that could be . The Europe version has some punctuation, including a few that don't seem to be usable. The North America version has everything from the Europe version, plus a few glyphs that are used in the Europe version.

Between the North America and Europe version, these glyphs were updated: o, ì, í, î, and ª. The o glyph had a single pixel changed to a different color, the i glyphs were all shifted to the left (presumably to improve kerning), and the ª glyph had a vertical line removed.
