Another Harvester Demo

There's another demo of Harvester floating around, but I haven't checked to see if it's the same one or if it's similar to the final game. Here's a link to that demo. --From: divingkataetheweirdo (talk) 15:56, 9 December 2014 (EST)

Thanks, I'll try to check this out when I can. --Flotilla (talk) 16:02, 9 December 2014 (EST)

MS Paint

I'm curious why you think images made with MS Paint aren't allowed. I say this because I use that to shrink images down before I compress them. I'm presuming this is because of Metalman's recently deleted image, although the quality of that was not as great as it could have been. You can do good images in MS Paint, but it can take quite a bit of effort to use it correctly for the purposes of this wiki. --From: divingkataetheweirdo (talk) 13:23, 5 February 2015 (EST)

Because it's in the image guidelines. PNG images made in MSPaint render colors improperly in certain browsers. --Flotilla (talk) 13:33, 5 February 2015 (EST)
Oh...Oops. Thank you for pointing that out. It's stuff like this that's why I put a reorientation thing as to-do on my user page. I apologize for any frustration and confusion I might have caused. --From: divingkataetheweirdo (talk) 13:35, 5 February 2015 (EST)

(The below was originally on BMF's talk page)

Curious what to do with this. Floatilla thinks images made with these that these aren't allowed, likely bc of Metalman's now-deleted image. I'd discourage these, but I wouldn't delete it. --From: divingkataetheweirdo (talk) 13:03, 5 February 2015 (EST)

Again, they aren't allowed because it's in the image guidelines. PNG images made in MSPaint render colors improperly in certain browsers. --Flotilla (talk) 13:36, 5 February 2015 (EST)

A Hat in Time Alpha

Hello there! My is PetscopKid. I have a question if you don't mind me asking. So, i'm a person who LOVES archives stuff. And I have been looking for that same AHiT build you posted a screenshot of. It's in the A Hat in Time Alpha page. You posted two images in the Inaccessible Areas section. Specifically a chalkboard in mafia town. Based off the Hud that's used, it's the last Updated Alpha build.

I doubt you're active but I hope you're able to respond! I've been looking for about two years now. Hopefully you're allowed to share it with me. I intend on datamining the build for stuff to post on the page. If you'd like to contact me further, you can contact me Via Discord. Hope you're interested. TotallyNotMichael#5004 Have a nice day! --Wow, that's pretty nifty. 00:32, 8 October 2020 (UTC)

Hi there, unfortunately it's very unlikely that I still have the alpha build itself; it was distributed through Steam, and I don't believe I went through the effort to back it up before it was overwritten by the beta, and later the final game. I'd recommend asking around the Hat in Time speedrunning communities, as I believe several community members backed up the alpha before it was replaced. --Flotilla (talk) 01:34, 8 October 2020 (UTC)

Oh, okay. Well, I tried that a while back and they don't have it anymore. I was actually thinking... I came up with something. If you somehow managed to get the manifest id, you could be able to theoretically reinstall it using the steam console. --Wow, that's pretty nifty. 13:17, 8 October 2020 (UTC)
