Accessing OTO2 Files

Hi there! I saw you created the Ouendan 2 page and you've ripped some graphics from it too. I've been meaning to look into it myself but I've run into a problem where most of the files are encrypted with something called 1OZL that's blocking me from actually seeing the files (screenshot from Tinke below)

Most files seem to be 'encrypted' with this, except for a few random folders throughout. It looks like you've gotten through it though, so I'm curious if you know how to get around this or maybe you just don't have this problem.
