Apocalypse II is an arcade-style shooter which was to be a follow-up to 1987's Mega Apocalypse. Notably, it's compatible with the SNES Multitap.
Two versions are known to exist: one from 1994 (released by SNES Central in 2003), the other from 1997 (released by Games That Weren't in September 2020). The former had been previewed in Nintendo Power, with a release set for 1995 with Psygnosis as publisher.
Present at the beginning of the ROM. Notable for crediting Psygnosis despite all other mentions of the company having been replaced.
