Stage Select

On the title screen, hold C and do a full clockwise rotation of the D-Pad until a sound is heard. Start the game, and the stage select will appear before the character select.

Alternately, use Game Genie code REFT-A6YN (US/Europe) or REFT-A6VJ (Japan).

Staff Roll

On the title screen, and with the C button held the entire time, perform these moves:

• Starting at Up, do a full clockwise rotation of the D-Pad (i.e., same as the Stage Select).
• Starting at Down, do a full counter-clockwise rotation of the D-Pad.
• When you reach Down from the previous step, do a full clockwise rotation of the D-Pad.

The credits sequence will instantly start if successful.

It seems the programmer was trying to imitate a dial combination lock when implementing this cheat sequence.
