There is normally room for 12 entries on the item screen. However, four more unused items can be obtained with Action Replay codes, fully working. The first two are unused Medium variants of other items obtainable normally in Small and Large sizes.
- きずぐすり中 (Medium Ointment): Recovers 50 HP.
- きりょくがん中 (Medium Energy Circle): Recovers 64 Energy points.
- ばくれつそう (Explosive Herb): Causes 15 points of damage to all enemies.
- かんしゃくたま (Temper Ball): Explodes after 3 turns.
