The TIC-80 is a "fantasy computer", meaning that it doesn't technically exist apart from specifications and a virtual machine coded in C++. Games themselves are coded in Lua or, in the case of one port, Brainfuck. The virtual machine itself has been ported to numerous platforms. More information can be found on the official website.
