ChipWits 1.1 contains this icon for a MacFORTH blocks file.

ChipWits 1.2 contains the blocks icon, plus an app icon that it shares with Race Car Simulator.
Version String
Both circulating versions have the same owner resource, which appears in the Get Info window under later versions of Mac OS. It too belongs to MacFORTH and not ChipWits.

This credit screen hides in ChipWits 1.1 as a PICT resource:

ChipWits 1.2 was compiled by a later edition of MacFORTH, which self-advertised under its tagline.
