Chuka Taisen for the Famicom is a port of the arcade game of the same name.

Cheat Menu

At the title screen, press and hold Up + Left + B on the first controller, then press Start. A sound will confirm the code has been entered correctly. Now, release the buttons and enter the button code Select, B, Left to make a cheat menu appear. You can select the difficulty level, the number of player's lives, and toggle the power selection mode. When the power selection is "ON", press Start to pause during the game, then cycle through 6 power levels by pressing the B button on the first controller.
