CS:GO had to go through a lot of changes in order to get their game released in China. Since things like skulls are considered taboo in China, many in-game items have been adjusted to replace them, as well as other potential taboo, in order to respect the culture in China. The result is a load of gas masks and even the removal of an entire map.

The "Cobalt Skulls" finish for these gloves had their skulls changed to gas masks.
