This girl ain't big enough for the two of us... guess we gotta race through some insane Old West madness to get 'er!

Rumble Kids?

The Mega Drive/Genesis standard ROM header has two fields for game name — a Domestic Field and an International Field. The Domestic field is for the Japanese name; the International field is for the overseas name. Dashin' Desperadoes fills the Domestic field with "Rumble Kids." The only problem is... this game was only released in the United States. Setting the emulator region to Japan doesn't show a Rumble Kids title screen...

LET'S GET READY TO ... huh? Where's the ring?

...but the prototype does! Maybe this game would seem too foreign for a Japanese audience? Who knows...

Hmmm...
To do:
Look at the prototype for more things... Also, does the title screen still exist in the final game, just unreferenced?
