Development:Pokémon Red and Blue/Localization/Pokédex Text

This is a sub-page of Development:Pokémon Red and Blue/Localization.
The following entries are noteworthy due to their incorrect formatting:
- Articuno's entry is finalized, but improperly formatted, using a simple period instead of a {ktenEOM}, which both prints the period and terminates the entry. Fixed in zukan-2.txt.
- This mishap also affects Charizard's description, though here it's only with the first sentence using a period instead of a {kten@}. The period was removed in Zukan-5.txt, but they but couldn't actually be bothered to add a {kten@} until Zukan-7.txt.
- As for Raticate, not only is its entry different, but it lacks a {zukan@}, which calls for the second half of the description to be printed. Fixed in zukan-4.txt.
Early Pokémon names are also used throughout the first two backups. These all match early promo material, aside from Rattata, which was definitely a placeholder.
