This is the first Index and it contains the full roster of Pokemon for Ruby/Sapphire as of late 2001. Please note that some of the Pokémon designs on that list also received feedback from the developers.

A slightly different design for Trapinch, with smaller eyes and a more detailed body. Would replace #403. Its name may be a combination of pakuri (wide/gaping, as of a mouth) and the suffix -kun. Pakkun is also the Japanese name for Piranha Plants.
According to developer feedback, they wanted this Pokémon to evolve into Vibrava, which would explain why the previously planned pre-evolution got replaced with this.
